Prop 102 is simple and clear in that it defines marriage as the union of one man and one woman. Gay marriage is already illegal in the state of Arizona, but we believe that a constitutional amendment is still required.
In 2006 Arizona voters decided NO on a constitutional amendment which would have defined marriage as a union between a man and a woman. In fact, Prop 107 was just like our current Prop 102. But ever since that proposition failed to pass, we are beginning to understand the truly disasterous consequences of its failure.
It is estimated that, since 2006, approximately 20,000 heterosexual marriages have failed in Arizona due to inadequate protections from the possibility of activist judges ruling in favor of some future homosexual plaintiffs. State authorities fear that we may be on a slippery slope of failed heterosexual marriages and broken families if we don't take immediate action to pass Prop 102.

Prop 102 has announced its support for the Family Vacation Protection Act currently making its way through Congress. Although the 'Yes on Proposition 102' campaign has outspent its opponents by more than ten to one, more than $2 million still remains in its Utah bank account. Assured of a victory for Prop 102 on November, the extra funds will be spent defending family vacations.

Because of the almost guaranteed passage of Prop 102, the marriage protection amendment this year which would define marriage as "only a union between one man and one woman," supporters are planning the next amendment that will define gender identifications that are becoming increasingly more ambiguous.

The Minuteman Project has been successful for the last 3 years in enforcing the United States border by arming ordinary citizens with powerful military-grade firearms and communications equipment.

FAST Technology To Help County Workers Enforce Prop 102
Last year, New Scientist revealed that the US Department of Homeland Security is developing a system designed to detect "hostile thoughts" in people walking through border posts, airports and public places. The DHS says recent tests prove it works.
